报告摘要：I will describe the topics how to apply nonlinear dynamical theory to data analysis, including time-series prediction, causality inference, and criticality detection from the observed high-dimensional data. A number of real-world datasets (including biological datasets) are used to validate the effectiveness of such an approach.
