报告摘要：The heat semi-group and its kernel play a crucial role in various areas of Mathematics. For instance, we can use its small-time asymptotic behaviors to study geometric properties of the underlying space, such as the squared distance, the cut locus, etc. In this talk, we consider uniform heat kernel asymptotics on a toy model: the free step-two Carnot group with 3 generator. The method also allow us to study the Riemannian heat kernel and geometric properties. The talk is based on a work with S.-C. Mao and Ye Zhang.
